This Program Isn’t Hard — You’re Just Soft

Introducing the AE Standardized Programs

The AE Programs: The Standard, Defined

Let’s be clear.

The AE Programs are not workouts.

They are not challenges.

They are not fitness trends.

They are a daily discipline system designed for Athletic Entrepreneurs.

Because this is new, we are defining it now.

What AE Is

AE (Athletic Entrepreneur) is a bodyweight-based daily movement system built on one principle:

Discipline should be inserted into life, not scheduled around it.

AE is designed to work inside real life—inside workdays, meetings, commutes, and responsibilities.

No gym.

No equipment.

No excuses.

If you have a body, you qualify.

The Movements (Non-Negotiable)

Every AE Program uses the same four movements:

  • Push-Ups

  • Squats

  • Core Reps

  • Toe Raises

These movements do not change.

They are chosen because they are:

  • Universal

  • Functional

  • Safe

  • Scalable

  • Always available

We do not add complexity because complexity creates friction.

We remove friction so discipline can live daily.

The Programs (Clearly Defined)

There is one AE system and four volume levels.

The levels exist to meet you where you are without lowering the standard.

AE 25 — Entry Standard

25 reps per movement

100 total reps per day

This level teaches you how to show up.

It builds the habit.

AE 50 — Foundation

50 reps per movement

200 total reps per day

This level builds structure.

Discipline becomes automatic.

AE 75 — Pressure

75 reps per movement

300 total reps per day

This level introduces pressure.

Pressure expands capacity.

AE 100 — Identity

100 reps per movement

400 total reps per day

This level is not about fitness.

It is about identity.

At AE 100, discipline is no longer a task—it is who you are.

How AE Is Done (This Matters)

AE is not performed in a gym block.

AE is inserted into the day.

Here is how people are actually doing it:

  • Sitting in an office chair? Stand up and knock out push-ups on the floor.

  • Riding a crowded elevator? Do toe raises while you wait.

  • Working in a coffee shop? Step into the bathroom and do squats.

  • On a long call? Finish core reps before the call ends.

  • Watching TV? Drop down during commercials.

This is not accidental.

This is designed behavior.

AE trains discipline in real-world conditions, not controlled environments.

The Rule (There Is Only One)

Minimum Standard.

No Days Off.

Not perfection.

Not intensity.

Not comparison.

You meet the standard at your level—every day.

You can break the reps up.

You can scatter them throughout the day.

You can be creative.

But you do not skip.

Why This Works

AE works because:

  • It respects reality

  • It removes barriers

  • It reinforces identity daily

  • It compounds discipline quietly

This is how Athletic Entrepreneurs are built.

Not loudly.

Not publicly.

But consistently.

Final Instruction

Start where you are.

Choose your AE level.

Insert the reps into your life.

Meet the standard.

Repeat tomorrow.

That’s it.

We’ve defined the system.

Now you execute it.
