You Forgot, Didn’t You?

It’s 8:40 PM.

Almost 9:00 Eastern.

I’m in bed.

Writing this newsletter… from bed.

And before you get comfortable—no, this isn’t permission to shut it down for the day.

Because while I’m in bed, I’m moving.

I’ve done planks.

Bridges.

Twists.

I’ve folded my body up like a pretzel, stretched my hips, opened my spine, fired my core.

In bed.

You didn’t make it to the gym today.

Fine. Life happens.

But then you went to work…

Came home…

Sat on the couch…

Laid in bed…

Scrolled…

Watched TV…

Read a book…

And you didn’t move your body once.

No squats.

No push-ups.

No sit-ups.

No planks.

No sweat.

Yet you read this newsletter.
